     - To become a more effective modern teacher you must have this characteristics. You can use this practices if you are having struggles in teaching. One of the behavior is, a teacher must see themselves as a co-learners, not as teachers. If a teacher attain the said behavior, he and also the learners can learn more. A teacher should not be afraid to fail because from failure, we gain lessons. An efficient teacher must be flexible in order to embrace change. When I found out about this Profile of a Modern Teacher, it made me realize that teaching can be enjoyable. Because of this behavior I can be an effective teacher someday. When I become a teacher in the future, I will apply this practices so that there is more knowledge learned for me and my future students too. Because I've read from this article that a modern teacher allow their students to teach each other. From this behavior I can be a modern teacher who is also a learner who is always ready to gain more knowledge and share more ideas. A modern teacher is "comfortable not knowing what is going to happen", in order to discover new things and ideas to teach a teacher shouldn't be afraid to take risk. Never be afraid to take risk, who knows? you might discover something and if you fail, then learn from it.

     - To overcome difficulties in being a modern teacher you must think positive. If you let negativity defeat you, you will be having struggles in looking for the correct digital tools, materials, and other educational resources. Because sometimes its hard to find the correct educational resources to use for your teaching. A modern teacher must have patience, not just patience for students but also patience in looking for the correct source of the needed topic. A teacher must have faith in his self and stay motivated because a teacher is a role model for his students, if a teacher is motivated the learners will also obtain motivation. From now on, I will be more positive to look for the appropriate educational tool or source that I can use for my studies and for my future teaching. I can use this to keep me motivated to keep on learning about advance technologies that can benefit my and the learners in the future. From this article I learned that I can do better and stop the mindset "It's good enough!". As a future modern teacher I will never give up because this article inspired me to do better things that I know I can.
